William R. Stevens, M.D

LEADERSHIP
Dr. William Stevens founded the Center for Spinal Disorders in 2003. He is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with his expertise in spinal disorders. Dr. Stevens received his Medical Degree from Brown University in Providence, RI.


His post-graduate training includes a Fellowship in Spinal Deformity Surgery from UC San Francisco and Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and Internship in General Surgery from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.


In addition to his numerous publications and presentations Dr. Stevens travels to the Bahamas for the past 5 years for a surgical mission to perform corrective surgery on children with spinal deformity.


Dr. Stevens is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, The North American Spine Society, the Scoliosis Research Society and the Orthopaedic Surgeons Network of Arizona.

Edward W. Song, M.D.

 

EXCELLENCE
For his Residency and Internship Dr. Song trained at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Hospital in General and Orthopaedic Surgery. Upon graduation he pursued a Spinal Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at New York University School of Medicine and the Hospital for Joint Diseases in both Pediatric and Adult spinal conditions.  He is board certified in Orthopaedic surgery with his expertise in spinal disorders. 


Dr. Song treats adult and pediatric spinal deformity as well as degenerative conditions of the spine. He is an active member of the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Kostuik Research Society and the Orthopedic Surgeons Network of Arizona.


 
Amber Hennenhoefer, D.O.

DEDICATION
Dr. Amber Hennenhoefer’s clinical specialty is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her practice focus is the evaluation and management of musculoskeletal disorders not requiring surgical intervention and is an integral part of the Center for Spinal Disorders treatment team for patients who require focused rehab before or after a surgery. Dr. Hennenhoefer also specializes in the conservative management of spinal disorders, sports injuries, general orthopedic conditions and pain management.
 

Dr. Hennenhoefer earned her medical degree from the prestigious University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo. She then completed her residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis where she was selected as Chief Resident for the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in her final year. She is  board certified in Physicial Medicine and Rehabilitation.

 
Rebecca Rosemann, MS, PA-C

CARING
Rebecca Rosemann is a NCCPA Board Certitified Physician Assistant specializing in spine surgery. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University. She has extensive experience in spine surgery since finishing her post-graduate education. 

 Ms. Rosemann assists Dr. Stevens in surgery and is involved in the evaluation, education, treatment, and management of patients in the practice. She has published extensively in the field of spine surgery and believes continued efforts in research help to improve patient outcomes.

Ms. Rosemann is active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, The North American Spine Society,  and The Spine Arthroplasty Society.
